Are you tired of being average? Do you want to be the best version of yourself? Look no further, my friends, because this self improvement post is here to save the day!
But let’s be real, self improvement can be pretty boring. Who wants to read a whole book about how to become a morning person? Not me, that’s for sure.
But fear not, because I’ve come up with some (somewhat) effective ways to improve yourself:
Want to improve your memory?
Try using mnemonic devices like turning important information into a song or a catchy rhyme. For example, instead of trying to remember that the capital of France is Paris, try singing “Paris, Paris, the capital of France, it’s a beautiful city, with a great romance.”
Want to become more organized?
Try using the Pomodoro Technique. Set a timer for 25 minutes and work on one task. When the timer goes off, take a 5-minute break. Repeat this process until you’ve completed your task. And if you’re feeling fancy, you can even invest in a tomato-shaped timer (pomodoro means tomato in Italian).
Want to become a morning person?
Try setting your alarm clock across the room. That way, you’ll have to physically get out of bed to turn it off. And if that doesn’t work, just set the alarm on your phone and put it in a glass of water. That way, you’ll have to fish it out in order to turn it off. Trust me, it’s worth it.
Self improvement doesn’t have to be boring. By using these methods, you’ll be well on your way to becoming the best version of yourself. And if all else fails, just remember that being average is so yesterday.
