~ Thoughts/Mind ~ part 2

Everyone at least once in their lifetime have had or is having a battle with stress. May it be stress from their work, stress at home or even stress from internal factors such as lack of confidence or feeling purposeless.

But doesn’t it amaze you of how well some people carry themselves when stress. There are people that show that they’re stress wherever they go, but there’s also people that smile even when they’re taking their last breath, doesn’t know where their next meal is coming from or their next outcome.

Some may say, they just smile because they have faith that everything will be alright.

But is it that easy for some of us.?.

Stress doesn’t come from what’s going on in your life, it comes from your thoughts about what’s going on in your life.

The idea therefore, should be for us to control how we perceive a situation and how we react to it.

If we should take situations that may be negative and find the positive within it, our thoughts/minds will therefore demolish the thought of entertaining stress; thereby choosing one thought (positive) over the other thought (negative).

Afterall, everything happens for a reason, so let’s laugh at the confusion and believe that there is a light at the end of every tunnel. It is just that some tunnels are longer than others.
